  1. I knew hot weather degrades microwave links but I’m wondering how heavy rain can alter a wired systems performance. Then again I had my broadband knocked out by an upgrade and an engineer too lazy to turn off diagnostic mode before moving on to the next upgrade.

    So I’m confused too.
