Conversations in our kitchen can be a bit odd.

“Weasels on toast.”
“That sounds…”
[interupting] “The weasels like to sleep on the toast, it keeps them warm.”
“But there’s a problem with that. You know what happens if you sleep on toast.”
“Yes, one of the weasels has to stay awake to keep look out.”
“You should blog that.”

The oddest thing is that in this case I’m the first speaker, and Lettice is the second.
