So that Genesis Ark, what’s in it? The obvious money is on either Davros or some sort of Dalek making device. But, maybe it’s something else. The Daleks need to recreate their race, what if they had something that could bring dead Daleks back to life? Something, or someone, that has already come back from the dead? Someone that we know will need to be on Earth, at this time, around Torchwood, very soon.

Yes, there are some logical flaws in this theory and I don’t think its the most likely answer, but…
