That’s the rather distinctive tower of Guy’s Hopital in the far background. Which means that the cranes are those building the other half of More London Riverside. Which means that the building with the rounded corner in the near background is MY OFFICE!
They must have been filming on a rooftop somewhere near the Tower of London. Anyone see them?
