PW: Yes, and cuff holes!
VTT: Cuff links.
PW: Cuff links.
…
PW: So what do you call the other bit? The holes?
VTT: The holes come free with the shirt.
PW: Apparantly, the holes come free with the shirt.
[Laughter at both ends of the phone line]
